Proximity to the town is superb, with access to the town and especially the festival. The room was spacious and the air conditioning was welcome given the high temperatures.
Our bathroom was huge with a particularly good shower.

Great location to walk into the main center. Rooms were comfortable enough.
Grumpy man at the reception - seems to be accepted due to the region but..!
The exterior needs a bit of a work over, as it is somewhat over grown. I'm glad we didn't arrive at midnight raining with lighting, if you get what I mean.
