The hotel itself which has an amazing vintage post colonial flair, the incredible kindness and service mind of the staff which went way beyond their duties to help me find my way in Laos.

Perfect central location walking distance from the main sites and many good cafes and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large, bright and very comfortable with a nice balcony to sit out on… and breakfast was great

ナイトマーケット（メコン川沿い）、屋台街に加え、ワット・ホーパケオやシーサケットも徒歩圏内で立地最高。
ホテルとしては古いけれども、おしゃれな作りで居室（造り、家具など）も共用部も古き良いフランスの雰囲気を漂わせていて、彼女に写真を見せたら”自分の泊まってみたい”とテンション高めでした。朝食は好きなものをいくつかオーダーできる形式で出来立てを食べられます。（1日目のお粥はあつあつで、味もコク深く、秀逸でした。・・Buffetよりも個人的にはこちらが好みです。）
良くない点というよりは、了解しておいた方がいいこととして、例えば窓はサッシではないので、音や気温の調整・対策は必要だったり。またバスタブがあってゆっくり入浴できますが、構造上蛇口にはバスタブに入らないと触れないのでお湯を張りながらの温度調整がなかなか難しい・・（180㎝の私はバスタブに入らず何とか手が届きましたが）
私にはそれらを補って余りあるホテルステイでしたが、不便さが気になる方はよく検討してください。

It was a good location and clean
It was over priced for what you got. First day for breakfast no staff they finally showed up. Did not like it. When I left I was charged 52 US for a large bottle of water, some laundry and taxi to airport. Taxi was only 20.
