Great location next to transportation and restaurants. Studio was functional and convenient. You do hear motor vehicles at night though. Owner was very responsive and helpful when communicating over Booking.com.
A bit outdated and cramped but good for groups.

It's quite spacious but that's in Japanese terms. Two people max. You wouldn't want to do 3/4/5/6 people here. Two double beds. Comfortable enough. Slightly older building spread over two levels which is nice. I was solo so it was fantastic by myself. Having a portable SIM wifi these days is redundant, they should just install wifi to the location and be done with a monthly fee. It would be a better option, as opposed to having to constantly recharge the wifi unit and turn it on and off, etc. But all in all, if youre a solo traveller, or two friends, it will be a great stay.
I dont want to be too critital. It was pretty good. Not new, fresh and amazing. But okay. I mean, in the main bedroom the bed frame is too big and you can't close the door to the room because the bed frame blocks it. There's a clock on the wall that doesn't work, like the battery has run out. It's a small thing but it's the 1%'s that make a difference in terms of the care and upkeep of a homestay venue.
