Studio tout équipé, propre et fonctionnel.
Très grande piscine, accessible toute la journée.
Hôtes disponibles et prévenants tout en restant discrets.

The hosts, Isabelle and Bruno, were lovely. The bed was very comfy and everything was very clean and tidy. The room and bathroom was spacious and the pool was very nice to swim in.
The hosts were great as they gave us thing to negate the mosquitos, just something to bear in mind - not a negative for the property though. In the summer perhaps a fan or air conditioning would be nice as it got quite warm.

I had a wonderful stay at this studio in Avignon. Isa and Bruno were very kind and friendly hosts. They were very respectful of my privacy - so it really felt like I had the place to myself. But at the same time, they were attentive to my needs and available to contact anytime. The pool and garden are beautiful and very well maintained. The studio was clean, newly refurbished and well equipped for my needs including a good basic kitchen set up. The shower was new and very nice. The bed was comfortable. The studio was quiet and stayed relatively cool even after a hot day. You can walk to the centre of Avignon in about 25 mins. There’s a nice Casino supermarket about 15 mins walk away.
The only minor downside is the street the studio and the immediate area which is a bit rough. But overall, it is a great place and I would stay here again.

Der Pool - war aber nicht zur alleinigen Nutzung.
Das Bad.
Die Terasse- allerdings jeden Abend mit Besuch einer Ratte 🐀
Das Zimmer war mehr ein Kellerverschlag mit wenig Licht.
Keine Klimaanlage und der vorhandene Ventilator konnte auch nicht das Zimmerchen auf unter 30 Grad abkühlen.
Am schlimmsten war allerdings das Grundstück ringsherum, total liederlich und die Sommerküche, die wir mit nutzen sollten, war eine Zumutung.
Die Wohngegend war auch gruselig. Zum Glück sind wir nur drei Nächte geblieben, sonst hätte ich sofort umgebucht.
Keine Ahnung, wo die positiven Bewertungen herkamen.
