The apartment is fresh and clean, with very comfortable bed in the bedroom, fresh good size shower, good kitchen facilities (we cooked in the kitchen and actively used the Gorenje stove). It is located very centrally, close to supermarkets, restaurants and cafes, yet with the windows towards the quiet peaceful yard. Our little one slept very well both during days and nights, and we were not disturbed by noise or anything else, being in the heard of the city. We really enjoyed our stay here!
This apartment might not be a good match for anyone having mobility issues. Because of how the building is constructed (behind the other building, deeper in the yard, with the entrance thought the other building), one has to take 3 sets of stairs (down, up and again down) to reach the apartment, which is technically located on a “ground floor”. For us it meant that we needed to lift the stroller three times each time we entered or exited. At the same time, I noticed it is overall pretty common in the central Belgrade.

The location is perfect: public transport, stores, cafe and attractions are really close. The host was exceptionally attentive and very helpful. There was everything that we need in apartments and the price was really great! Apartments located in the center of the city so buses and trams stattions are in 2-3 minutes walk from there. Also apartments have it's own tiny backyard. We stay in the hottest month - July, but due to location it wasn't hot inside apartments.
Maybe some furniture should be renewed, but everything else was really great for that price.
