The apartment is spacious, modern-looking and in a convenient location. Unfortunately, those positives were completely overshadowed by the problems we experienced during the stay and the way our complaints were handled.

The experience was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable for accommodation marketed as “Executive Apartments.” The apartment became unbearably hot, with no effective solution provided. Staying there with my family became extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, we faced multiple issues with the shower controls, dryer, TV and housekeeping. We repeatedly raised our concerns, but instead of receiving the level of urgency and customer service you would expect from executive accommodation, we were left frustrated with inadequate solutions. Eventually, the situation became so unacceptable that we had no reasonable choice but to leave the property early and return the keys. What made an already terrible experience worse was management’s response afterwards and their refusal to provide an appropriate refund despite the problems we had reported. I paid for comfortable, properly maintained executive accommodation, not to spend my stay chasing management about basic facilities and dealing with an apartment that was extremely uncomfortable to live in. Based on my experience, the property fell far below the standard advertised, and I would not recommend it.
