The staff responded very fast when I asked for help when we told the staff that the bedsheets had stains, they immediately sent housekeeping to change the bedsheets. And they also helped us with the TV issue.
One of the mattresses wasn't very comfortable to sleep in.
The bathroom had a pungent smell, I think it was from insecticide.
A bit expensive compared to other apartments I've booked, and based on my experience while staying at this apartment😅

I liked the view and it is well renovated.
1. Air conditioner is very poor. Very slow so you would need to wait for few hours to have the breezy environment.
2. There's no water supply for one of the bedrooms. What's the point of we chose a 3 bedroom house? Since there's a large group of pax stayed, missing of the basic need is very bad and impacting our schedule.
3. The towels are very dirty. It is in the disposing condition already.
4. There are no locks installed on all the bathroom doors. Additionally, some of the doors still have visible gaps when closed, indicating that the fittings may be misaligned or not properly installed.
