The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Our room had a super view with nice sunsets.
The public onsen was nice but could be cleaner.

The staff is super friendly. Free drinks and snacks are provided. Common area on 7th Floor where the hot spring is located is comforting and homey.
The futon is somewhat thin, could have been thicker for better sleeping comfort. If possible, choices of coffee beans in the machine can be of better quality, the ones used are strongly bitter and not aromatic.

On arrival we had booked a traditional Japanese room by mistake. Brian on the desk was very professional, friendly at time sorted this out with no fuss and no extra cost to us. We owe our comfortable stay to him.
The property was exceptionally clean quiet and a good position in town.The lounge you can sit quietly in joy a coffee or alcoholic drink and condiments for free.

The onsen time starts early :). Location is really good, just walking from bus terminal, easy access to coin laundry, to convenient stores and also to cruises. Meals also good.
Not much of food nearby. Futon was thin.
