The view was incredible in the morning. The room was very clean and all that is needed was provided already in the room. The breakfast was good also.

Beautiful guest house with the best view. It was located very close from everything. The staff were super nice and helpful and the breakfast was so good!

Exceeded our expectations. This hotel is such a gem! You have the exact same view (which is incredible) as the posh Rooms Hotel for a fraction of the price. We had the family room for two people which was amazing. Very comfy bed, lovely linen sheets.
Not a very nice drain and damp smell in the bathroom. There is building and construction work happening behind and next to the hotel, but it never goes on late and wasn’t disturbing as out hiking most of the day.

Excellent location and view of Kazbegi! Extremely kind and helpful owner, clean, neat apartment, the bathroom was well designed, and both the room and the terrace were spacious. Parking was convenient.
