This property was perfect for our large group, everyone had their own space within the property, large entertaining area and well equipped kitchen. The pool was amazing and very big with lots of sunbeds. Large grassy area. Very good location, close the Main Street in Seminyak. Definitely had a traditional Bali feel with beautiful gardens . The host was easy to contact and catered to our needs perfectly.

This was great for our group of 20 people. It was very easy with 10 individual rooms available for our group.
The team were excellent and arranged anything we wanted. They were always around but never obvious.
The pool is great.
The common area was fantastic with a TV room for the kids. It was large enough for us to sit 20 people for a meal. The team organized a Balinese feast for us.
It was quiet and only a 5-minute walk from the main street in Seminyak.
It is a little tired but look past that and you will have a fantastic stay.

I loved the pool. Best ever!!
I loved the hangout area, ample of space!! The garden was so big that we could host games. The host and staff has been so accommodating.
This isn't an issue at all, but perhaps one of the rooms outside floorings could be changed cuz the wooden plank comes off.

A fabulous large compound with an amazing pool and communal living and social areas.
The location was good, a 5 minute walk to the Main Street.
There are 10 rooms, each quite different. Some are very small. The rooms are very basic with little space to put clothes, doors that don’t close properly, and no lux inclusions that I would expect at this price point.
