La persona de contacto ha estado en todo momento pendiente de que la estancia fuera lo mejor posible. La ubicación es excelente si, como nosotros, te vas a mover en tren. También tiene parada de bus en la misma puerta y de metro justo al lado. Además está al lado de Santa María Novella y a tan solo 20 minutos andando de la Catedral. El apartamento tiene casi todo lo necesario y el espacio está perfectamente aprovechado.
Me imagino q será culpa de los huéspedes anteriores a nosotros pero la vajilla y cubertería no estaban limpias. Eché en falta q hubiera un tostador.

It is a small two-room flat very next to the railway station. It is well-equipped, the kitchen has anything You need. There is a balcony with a view over inner yard and a piece of a very busy street just in front of the railway station. The pickup of keys was really easy and instructions were very clear. There are free earplugs for quests - and it is very nice because You really need them.
Basically, it was my mistake not theirs. I should have seen how close it is to the railway station. The level of noice at night is very high - and it is difficult to sleep even using the earplugs provided (many thanks for them anyway!). There are no mosquito nets - and there are a lot of mosquitos in the yard below (however there was a fumigator provided, thanks to hosts again). So, I was suffering at night there - but I think hosts have done anything possible to mitigate this.
