This was a different kind of experience and our very 1st from the regular traditional hotels and resorts. Landal park is more of a weekend / holiday getaway. Well located in the country side. The Staff were courteous and really helpful in explaining how things would work and very truly helpful. Would like to call out "Mila" who received us at checking and ran us through the process and was always ready to help is proving assistance. Landal Park is a Home away from Home. This is a must visit if you would like to have an independent and a peaceful holiday for self indulgence or with family & friends

Location was amazing, facilities and staff were great.

The accommodation looks very nice . Airco works pretty good which was very nice during hot days.
Tiny shop for day to day things and bread.
Restaurant on site
Dogs are welcome
Staff at the reception was friendly
there are a few things we didn’t like. Very very steep stairs to the upper level. Oven didn’t work at all and although we asked for a technician on day 1 , he only came at day 12… no compensation whatsoever and a manager who didn’t show up but told his staff that the parc could “do nothing” (staff was embarrassed themselves ). Furthermore no privacy whatsoever when sitting in front of your own space..
Our bathroom light didn’t work anymore on a Friday evening which was a bit annoying because the bathroom is dark with no window. Nobody was available to change the lamp or at least give us another lightbulb so that we could do it ourselves… Next day we had to ask again because nobody showed up…
No towels are provided ! (You’ll have to pay for a set). Not even a towel to do the dishes.
1 toilet paper roll for your stay (we stayed 2 weeks). You can buy some on site..
Nothing to clean except for the tools ( product had to be bought) …
Staff at the reception was friendly but not able to get things done as the manager (?) doesn’t show his face but ,through anonymous communication , seems not very customer oriented.
