I booked this 2-bedroom townhouse for a 3-night stay and overall had a very enjoyable experience.
The accommodation is arranged over three floors, with the living/kitchen area on the ground floor, one double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, and the second double bedroom on the second floor.
The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Quay, where you’ll find some lovely restaurants and quirky shops.
The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. I didn’t do any cooking during my stay, so I can’t really comment on how everything worked, but it was great to have everything available.
The shower worked well and there were plenty of towels, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. There was also complimentary tea and coffee, along with a few washing machine pods and dishwasher tablets, which was a nice touch.
Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and felt it was very good value for money. I would definitely book again.
The property is a little tired in places, particularly the sofas, but it was perfectly suited to a short stay.

Close to city centre. Was withing easy walking distance. We used s a central location to visit Devon and Cornwall.
Parking.
We didn't findthe notes about no free parking until questioning host. May have been our fauly for not looking hard enough. We had to continuasly move car while we were there during the day.

We cook our breakfast
By not having the boiler in the bedroom upstairs and internet keep cutting out.
