The property is an authentic Norfolk cottage , heating in house fabulous and loads of hot water. Bathroom great . The bed to very comfortable for an iron bedstead. I was surprised by that . Loved very secure garden area for dog. . Great for maltings pub walks to holt and along marshes.. loads of clean towels. Kitchen well supplied
No washing machine, if was a family with kids this would have been a disaster . The fire in living room not t able to light.?so if want a night in front of fire have to sit in kitchen. There are no external lights.?in arrival in dark can’t see any feature in front door. Struggle to get in . Broadband just refused to work .In guest book in cottages , washing machine, outside lights on outside door approaches mentioned by many customers from many months prior . Nothing been done so not reading feedback book or don’t care.
