Non un appartamento, una tana

Eravamo in famiglia con 4 adulti, appartamento angusto e stretto cui si accede in un vecchio condominio di paese anni 50 tramite due rampe di una scala ripida e stretta, il terrazzo pubblicizzato è a un piano superiore, ma esterno alla casa e vi si accede tramite due ulteriori rampe di scale strette e ripide e una porta bassa per cui si deve entrare ricurvi se non si vuole sbattere la testa. Detto terrazzo è arredato in modo trasandato con un tavolo da pranzo minuscolo adatto a malapena per due, traballante e prossimo alla rottura. La casa non è dotata di aria condizionata ma di pale a soffitto che potevano poco con il caldo di questi giorni e dovendo tenere aperte le finestre si era disturbati dalla musica a decibel da denuncia dei locali vicini che hanno autorizzazione a tenere volume altissimo fino alle 2 di notte. Il riposo e la quiete non sono certo salvaguardati. La casa ci è stata consegnata con residui di cibo in bagno e un vecchio ciuccio dell'affittuario precedente, gli armadi erano ingombri di piumoni, molto utili essendoci un caldo micidiale. Il Comune di Favignana nella zona della casa non prevede un'isola ecologica in zona ma effettua raccolta porta a porta con frequenza del tutto insufficiente al fabbisogno. In tutto ciò essendo stremati dal caldo e dall'assenza di quiete dovuta ai locali vicini mi sono dovuta sentire accusare dalla signora che ha effettuato il check in di essere incivile per non essere riuscita a gestire correttamente i rifiuti (cosa impossibile). Aggiungiamo che l'appartamento non è a norma senza estintore e con cavi elettrici esterni. A nulla valgono i pesci disegnati sulle pareti e tutta la chincaglieria aggiunta per dare fumo negli occhi nelle fotografie di presentazione. In definitiva questo appartamento denota una totale mancanza di rispetto da parte del locatario nei confronti degli ospiti.
