Nice little Caravan. Good location only a 5 minute walk to shops and 15 minutes to all main attractions.
Had everything we needed for a short stay.
It did need a good wipe around when we arrived. If it had a good clean it would be perfect!

The caravan was in a great location with shops/supermarket opposite & only a short walk to the main town & beach which was ideal with 2 small children. On arrival it was easy to check in & get the keys.
The owners had great communication throughout with text updates & were easy to contact when we forgot our travel cot, they arranged for one to be dropped off the same day when enquiring which was brilliant.
We stayed as a family of 5, 1 year old, 4 year old, Mum, Dad & Grandparent and there was plenty of space to move around. Loved the added bonus of a toys & games cupboard to keep everyone entertained on the rainy evening.
Would highly recommend we had a really wonderful stay in this caravan.

Extremely clean and tidy, all required items for cooking etc, location was very quiet despite being less than a mile from Skegness Beach. Booking was easy thanks to owners being accommodating despite being on the day of arrival due to different booking failing.
Water pressure weak and shower was tepid at best.

Lovely caravan and site clean and friendly. The only downside was there is no play area or any club House, other than that we had a lovely weekend.
Booking and communication with the owners was brilliant. Any question I asked they replied quickly a very nice couple.
The only thing was noo play areas or things for the kids to do, no clubhouse. But the beach and arcades etc are a 5min walk away.
