Posizione dell'appartamento fronte mare, meravigliosa. Staff, in particolare il sig Marco, sempre solerte e disponibile.
Camera con una sola finestra, sul vano scale. Armadio della camera pieno di coperte e cuscini per cui li abbiamo dovuto spostarli per mettere le nostre cose. Sarebbe auspicabile il wi-fi nel 2026. Parcheggio esterno a pagamento, 0,50 euro all'ora, dalle 8:00 a.m. a mezzanotte, molto controllato.

Sehr gute Lage und Aussicht vom Balkon. Die Wohnung ist hell. Ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen.
Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus kostet 8€ pro Tag. Man zahlt 150€ der Gesamtrechnung für eine Hausverwalter-Firma aus Mailand, die man nie sieht. Dafür ist die Wohung nicht sehr sauber. Der Online-Check-In muss 5 Tage vorher gemacht werden und ist sehr umständlich: man muss nicht nur alle Ausweise einscannen, sondern danach noch sämtliche Angaben aus dem Ausweis nochmal per Hand mit allen Ziffern eingeben. Begründet wird das mit gesetzlichen Regelungen (die so nicht umgesetzt werden müssen, es geht auch einfacher). Ohne dieses komplizierte Check-In-Verfahren, incl. Verifizierung der Gesichter per Zoom, erhält man keinen Schlüsselcode. Das ist das Gegenteil einer freundlichen Begrüßung!
