-Mooi, sfeervol en nieuw appartement

-Auto kon onder overkapping

-Appartement had eenvoudig ski depot handig want er waren geen lockers in Ortisei
-Vriendelijke eigenaar die snel reageert, zorgt voor broodjes
-Binnen 15min bij ski lift waar je makkelijk kunt parkeren
-Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding i.v.m. andere appartementen dichter bij skigebied
-(Te) weinig keuken gerei, de dingen die je vaak gebruikt zijn maar p4x aanwezig waardoor je na elke maaltijd moet afwassen. Andere zaken zoals broodmes, theedoeken ed zijn niet aanwezig. Neem dus zelf kruiden, afwasspullen mee etc
-Te weinig haakjes / kapstok voor als je het appartement gebruikt als je gaat skien
-Wat gehorig, wij hoorden de buren / onderburen

Clean and modern apartment. Comfortable bed and a convenient location with bus stops nearby.
Kitchen was small but reasonably well equipped (for stove top only, no oven).
We were disappointed that, despite the description on Booking.com, there was no washing machine. We had specifically booked a property with washing facilities as we were doing a lot of hiking in the area and needed to wash our gear.
The property description was also wrong in that there was no toaster and no toiletries. Only a scrap of toilet paper was provided and a tiny amount of hand soap in the bathroom. Nothing for the shower and also no shower mat. Annoyingly, no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets were provided.
As other reviews have noted, we would have thought that a basic supply of essentials should be provided (particularly as the cost of the property is not cheap). It is not cost effective to have to go out and buy all these things for a stay of just a few days.
It should be noted that the apartments are next to a road and there is quite a bit of traffic. There is no air con, so windows need to be open to cool the apartment so be aware of the potential for noise.
It also worth noting that the property is currently a construction site, as the farmhouse on the site is being renovated. There was also some noise associated with this, although only during the day. We had concrete trucks arriving one day and running for some hours, for example.

The location is great. The apartment looks modern and is spacious. The overall cleanliness was good. We also liked the farm style vibe - very good.
There were some basic things like shower gel, toilet paper or bin bags. Even thought we were asking for those they did not come. The bedsheets as well towels did smell - like when you wash them and then don’t leave them to dry long enough.
Also I was about to order breakfast, but there was no reply for 2 days and when the reply came, it became obsolete :)
