部屋は写真通りでした。
クタイシからバトゥミへ来て、電車の駅から徒歩5分の所に宿があったので、すごく便利でした。駅前にはバス停があり、そこから町中まで行けます。宿からビーチまで徒歩3分で宿のすぐ近くにはいくつかの小規模のスーパーマーケット、ドラッグストアなどもあり必要なものがあればすぐに買いに行けるのでとても便利でした。洗剤を用意すれば洗濯も出来るし（部屋の中にあります）服をかけるラックもあるので干すのも困りません。
部屋は広くはないので、1人であれば十分快適に過ごせます。隣は空き部屋なのか、話し声なども聞こえないので（廊下の声は聞こえますが）、静かだったので良かったです。
オーナーさんは親切で、何かあれば連絡もすぐに返信してくれました。
部屋にはテレビがあるので部屋にいてもYouTubeなども観れるしリラックス出来ます。
ベッドは快適でしたがマットレスがすでに少し汗臭かったのと少しへこみが出てきていたので替え時かもしれません。
シャワーがすぐにぬるくなりますが、15分ぐらいで終わらせれば問題ないです。

There was a restaurant on first floor with very modest prices and excellent food. Shopping was steps away. The host provided excellent service and the place was very clean. During my stay the fan in stove hood did not work and replaced within one day of notifying host. Shopping was just steps away and bus stop across the street. This was an excellent value for the price and I recommend.
Had to take bus to city center.
