Situated in Billings, this attractive house for $200 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This spacious 2-level home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, open kitchen/dining, living room, family room, upper deck and lower patio. This quaint and private home, located in a quiet neighborhood in midtown Billings, is ideal for up to six guests. Washer and dryer is included along with three 65" smart TV’s. All four Montana seasons happen in the over-sized back yard!!! The flowers/birds in the Spring; beautiful sunshine and green grass through the Summer; vibrant leaf colors in the Fall; and snow for making snow angels in the Winter! Various wildlife can be seen year-around! Please note our Rules and Policies: the Primary Renter must be 25 years of age or older - photo ID may be requested; maximum of 6 guests; teens 13-17 welcome; no pets; no smoking; no events or parties. The Billings-Logan International Airport, Rocky Mountain College, MSU Billings, and Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital and Billings Clinic Hospital are only a few minutes away. The MetraPark/Interstate Arena is ten minutes away. Abundant downtown nightlife includes fine dining, local brew pubs, and a distillery as well as the famous Alberta Bair Theatre, Yellowstone Art Museum, Western Heritage Center, the Babcock, and the Arthouse, all only five minutes away. Billings is wonderfully located for many indoor and outdoor activities! There are many walking, hiking, and biking trails located throughout the City. The golf courses are pristine through the summer! The historical 32-acre Pioneer Park is only a few blocks away! We have the outdoor Oasis Water Park and the indoor Reef Water Park. The Centennial Ice Arena is open to the public with skate rentals in the winter. Skate World (roller skates) is open year around. There are many developed historical sites within 30 miles of Billings. Red Lodge is a wonderful little resort town, only 60 miles away. Red Lodge Mountain Ski Resort, nestled in the Beartooth Mountains, offers skiing and snowboarding with 65 trails and slopes!!

The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s under 5 minutes to the airport and St Vincent’s hospital. Would definitely recommend and would stay again should the need arise.

This is a lovely comfortable and functional home. We loved holding Christmas with our daughter, using the basement as a more personal, private area. The kitchen was well appointed but I could have used a meat thermometer. There was only one hiccup, the smoke alarm backup battery went off around midnight Christmas Eve and there were no 9 volt batteries available (onlyAA's for remotes). We took one from the spare bedroom and made it work until we could get to the store. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Lovely house in adorable neighborhood. Close to downtown and BSUB and Rocky. House was in perfect condition with nice amenities. Owners left sweets for check in day. Loved the patio and kitchen. Bed was super comfortable. Will be back!!

This home is superb! Super clean, very welcoming... left muffins and coffee/creamer for our first morning! My mom was unexpectedly using a walker and was able to access the home and outside deck completely once making it up the 4 steps at the front door. Great location! Comfortable furniture! Well-supplied kitchen! Will definitely stay again if/when we return to Billings.

The house was one of the nicest properties that we have stayed at. Ever. Clean. Nicely appointed. Wonderful kitchen. Half moon windows in master walk-in closet were an unexpected discovery. Lots of lights. Wish our schedule had allowed us more time to just enjoy the house.

Absolutely loved the house. It is the cleanest VRBO we have rented, and we have rented a lot. Loved the neighborhood. It was quiet and beautiful. Everything you could possibly need was there. Decorated so tastefully. Would rent again.

I grew up in Billings and was back for a master’s program class at MSUB and then the 90th bday party of the woman I grew up next door to. I chose this house because the photos looked happy and I knew the street well. It was the perfect place for just me for the first 3 nights and then my elderly parents who joined me for the 4th and 5th nights. I loved walking to class and walking to The Highlands Country Club to meet dear, old family friends to eat dinner.

The house is clean, beautifully decorated, and roomy. It is nestled in a cute, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of coffee shops and grocery stores. It is a few minutes from the airport, but we didn't hear the planes coming in and out, which was nice. The check in and check out process was easy. Both my husband and son kept saying how awesome the house was. We loved our stay!

We were simply amazed by our experience with this property. No detail was overlooked by the hosts in making this a perfect stay. The house itself is perfect. Clean, everything looks brand new, no stoned was left unturned in making this the perfect property. The area was perfect; quiet and beautiful. The back yard and the deck was fabulous. Everything was just so comfortable and perfectly done that we lacked for absolutely nothing. From the great beds to the clean bathrooms, excellent TV's even. The kitchen is awesome and contains everything you need. I cannot imagine ever staying in a hotel again after the great stay we had at this property. I can't recommend it highly enough and we will 100% be staying here on any subsequent trips to Billings. Thank you for making our trip so relaxing and perfect. I could not have asked for a better experience.

My family all converged in Billings to attend and event and this was the perfect stay for my two sisters, mom, grandma, and me. It’s not often that a vacation rental exceeds my expectations but this one sure did. Everything was just as described but even better. Outdoor seating areas were lovely, kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfortable and linens lush. The neighborhood was quiet yet very close to needed amenities. If I ever need another rental for this many people I’m Billings I will seek this one out.
