Located 250 m from the beach, the house—built in 2023—is in the heart of the D-Day landing beaches. The rental is located on our property with a separate entrance and a private, secluded garden just for you (we have our own garden on the other side). The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped with an oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender… and a large fridge-freezer. A modern, high-performance wood-burning stove awaits you to warm up your winter evenings. A charming office is located next to the wood-burning stove to make your days of remote work enjoyable. A large oak table comfortably seats 6 people. One bedroom features a 160x200 bed, and another, smaller bedroom has two 90x200 beds and one loft bed (80x190) accessible via a small ladder; the two lower beds can be pushed together for a couple. The bedrooms have French doors with electric roller shutters, allowing you to sleep soundly while enjoying a view of nature. The mattresses are brand-new and “hotel-quality,” and the beds are made up. The bathroom is spacious and very bright; two sinks set on a high-quality teak vanity and a large walk-in shower tiled with zelLige make this bathroom a delight. In front of the bathroom, a large picture window opens onto a well-lit wooden deck where you can have lunch under the cedar tree and cook using an outdoor electric griddle. The garden is currently being landscaped, and the lawn is growing. A garden table and patio furniture are at your disposal. There are books and plenty of board games for the children. A laundry room is available for washing your clothes; this is shared with another vacation rental. You can store your bicycles under a covered area. You can park your car in front of the property, facing the house. Access is on foot through an electric gate, leaving your car safely outside (exceptionally, if you have a classic car, convertible, or motorcycle, you may park it inside the garden). The property is fully fenced. High-speed internet ( WIFI.TV ) is available. Ideal for families with up to 3 children or 2 couples. A minimum of cleanup (clearing away dishes, removing bed linens, etc.) is required, or a 50-euro cleaning fee applies for medium- or long-term stays
