Bed sheets and towels smelled amazing and fresh! The feel of the place was amazing, love the historical feel (old floors,brick,etc). I also loved the parking area, will have to come back and stay longer! Also, don’t forget to checkout the donut place around the corner, it was super good! Great location!

My hubby and I had an overnight stay here for our anniversary. It was so charming. Everything was comfortable (especially that master bed) and we felt right at home. It was a quick walk to downtown Georgetown. I liked all of the little touches such as box fans available and I loved the map showing where all the guests have visited from. Communication with the owner was great and he was very accommodating! Thanks

This property was really unique, clean and had so much character that we wish we had been able to stay longer to enjoy the atmosphere and explore the area. Unfortunately, we arrived late in the evening and had to be on the road by 10 am, but the home was easy to access, and directions by host were very clear. Thanks for a terrific stop over in Georgetown- we all agreed we would love to go back to this property again when we have more time to enjoy all the amazing features this home had to offer, including a cute outdoor deck! It was the ideal location in Kentucky for the activities we had planned. My family, 80 yo to 29 yo, had their own cozy spot to sleep after busy days. Our VRBO host, Jonathan,was very prompt to questions. I would definitely recommend staying here if in the area.

What a great little spot! We stayed here during a quick trip to Georgetown. Perfect location for walking distance to several restaurants and downtown Georgetown. Fun decor and loved the private parking spots. Would stay again!

Could not be happier with this stay. I haven't stayed at any VRBO with a more accurate description. The space was impeccable, charming, and welcoming not to mention the location was great. We will be booking again if ever back in the area.

It was a breeze to come and go from this property - great location relative to the Kentucky Horst Park - Jonathan was super responsive and helpful with our questions about the flat.

We just loved the decor, the location, and overall "it felt like home" feeling. All the little amenities that weren't expected put it over the top. We spent a lot of time at the Kentucky Horse Park and it was hot ! It was amazing to come back to such a nice, comfy & cool little get away. We're rebooking for next year.

This place is so charming! Everything we needed and more was available. All of the little details put this place over the top - comfortable bedding, cozy extra blankets/throws, Plenty of pillows, gorgeous decor, and tons of character! The host was very communicative & accommodating too! We loved our stay!

This was one of the most unique stays I’ve ever experienced. A well-designed house with a rustic look. Cute, cozy, and deceivingly large on the inside. They made the best use of space in this hideaway. Personal parking parking spaces and a killer restaurant just across the street. We found ourselves walking and biking everywhere. This place is great and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone making a trip to the area or just passing through.

This is the cutest little place. Very close to shops and dining. Great for dogs with a park across the street. Owner was very responsive to some minor wifi issues. Great place to stay!

Jonathan is a great host who is quick to respond to communications. His place is very comfortable and well located for walking to town as well as campus.
