You’ll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, and shops and attractions around every corner. Getting Around: A car isn’t necessary to explore the area. Find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1. 22 years old for out of town guests 2. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
