Nestled in Alameda, this attractive condo for $202 per night is a great option for your next break. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful condo. While being minutes away from the marina and a sandy beach, this centrally located condo is also very close to airports (OAK/SFO), restaurants, Oakland Chinatown and the ferry into San Francisco. Also very convenient for traveling professionals. This is a fully furnished condo with options to include utilities/Wi-Fi. Can fit up to 6 persons. Available upon request: Inflatable air mattress (twin) High chair Portable crib Children’s books Baby playpen Folding chairs/tables This conveniently located single story/corner unit condominium was newly built in 2015 and available for rent by owner. It is in walking distance to Target, Safeway and over 10 restaurants as well as 2 gyms and indoor swimming pool. The unit is furnished and has central AC. The living room and dining room is in an open floor plan next to the kitchen The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, drinkware, stainless steel Bosch dishwasher, microwave, black glass stove top, Keurig coffee maker and blender. This is a wonderful neighborhood with lots of families walking around. This unit is close to public transit, parks and and trails. There is a newly built water front park 1-2 blocks right behind the unit. The "finished" garage space is a huge perk. This is a flex 3rd room. It comes equipped with new storage shelving and full size refrigerator (2 fridges total). It can be converted to a playroom, home office or workout space etc. The garage opens up to the cul-de-sac and not the main street which makes it safer for all. Nearest cross street is 5th and Mosley. Right across from Target. There are 20 some restaurants in the plaza across the street and Safeway supermarket. Street parking available right across the street from the unit and also there's 2 parking spots right in the culdu-sac in front of the garage. there is no assigned parking. Private tandem garage parking is available once you enter the condo and get the garage opener on the kitchen table by the plant. We have a security camera on the exterior doorbell. This will be on at all times. We also have a decibel monitoring service that monitors a sustained loud noises, and reports it to the authorities. This neighborhood does have an HOA, if there’s any loud disturbances, neighbors may call as well. There are no devices to record inside video or audio. This is a NO SHOES household. We want to maintain a clean site and this helps tremendously. Thank you respecting this policy. Indoor slippers are provided

My parents and I needed a safe, comfortable, on story place to stay. Mosley was the PERFECT place. The location is on the newer side of Alameda. The condo was clean, comfortable and bright. Jolyn and Dennis were the most amazing host. We had a few hiccups because we bolted the front door and the garage opener batteries died. I called late at night and Jolyn and Dennis told us the code to the garage and brought over a new opener the next morning, without disturbing us. Jolyn and Dennis truly put thought and care into making Mosley comfortable for infants to the elderly. We would love to stay here again!

We were only there for the weekend but it was wonderful. This rental feels large, is very clean and the beds are so very comfortable. The owners and their beautiful children were a delight to work with. If we were going to come back, we would definitely stay at their rental again!

Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay. From check-in to check-out, the experience was great and made the entire trip more enjoyable. The property was clean, welcoming and comfortable. Joyln is very responsive, polite and hospitable. The property is near shops which is very convenient and it’s also in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
