Location and the view
I got stuck on the deck and I was trapped, and I had no way of getting off the deck because the sliding door somehow mysteriously locked by itself so me and my guest were stuck for about 30 minutes on the deck before somebody came to get help, and I was yelling and screaming, and thought that I was gonna have to jump or climb down from the third balcony

I like that this hotel was nice and clean. The view from my room was nice, the bed/pillows were so comfy

The noise from the road after. 10 hour flight was torture! Not a room to relax in at all.
Breakfast was not good at all!
