I went with high hopes based on the pictures. But it is not the same as you can imagine from the pictures.
Maria was great. She was available all the time to help any issues.
Have to go up 4 floors. Had a 20kg suitcase to drag up to the top floor. No lifts. You can imagine how hard it can be. It definitely hurts the back.
There is an air cooler to combat the heat. But it is vented out to the staircase. So staircase is filled up with heat generated by the air cooler !! As soon as you open the door, it hits you !
