Warm welcome. Street parking on property driveway. Good communication with the host. Excellent English spoken and local advice and information provided. Small kitchen/ communal social area with TV and fridges. Overall, very clean the whole buiding and well maintained. Quiet neighbourhood. Bike rental and walkable distance to city centre with local supermarkets and a Post Office. Access to washing machine.
Perhaps not having enough handy toilets/ bathrooms for the amount of beds. But during my stay it wasn't much of an issue. Light switchers and mains sockets afar from beds.

I only like the location and the low price
I didn't like the atmosphere overall: it was noisy, the kitchen was dirty, and there was mold in the room. The bedroom had a cabin shower placed behind a curtain, with no door, no ventilation, and no window to the outside. The smell in the room was unpleasant.
Additionally, we were given a room with a shared toilet instead of the private bathroom we had booked.
To make matters worse, there was a small chair in the room that was full of hair.
