The unit is tired but that was reflected in the price. The couch was very uncomfortable

Great central location for Noosaville and surrounds. Comfy, with everything you need for an easy stay. Handy visitors carpark just out the front. Easy check in with lock box at entry. Loved hearing the frogs in the pond below. The bath was great.
Not a fault of the unit, but really noisy guests on adjoining patios and in the pool until late at night both nights. A lively busy resort setting.

The grounds and pool areas. Ease of getting into the unit .
Very lean on bathroom products. Towels need to be replaced as they were worn and scratchy. Curtain in the bedroom needs repair.
