Peaceful and cozy atmosphere, loved that children were accepted for free.
The hot water didn’t run for too long as geezer seemed a little old.

Amazing setting, incredibly friendly staff, huge room, comfy bed, we had great massages, pool is lovely (if quite cold!), Lucy the hotel dog is very cute. Nice walks and restaurants nearby.

Location was good, great views from the restaurant. Room was quite large and spacious with nice seats and table on front deck.
The water in our shower constantly stopped. It would work for 2-3 minutes, then stop, had to wait 2-3 minutes for it to start again. The staff came in, turned on the tap, said "fixed now". But it was still the same, turning on then off.
Not a fault of the hotel, but we had a really noisy family staying in the room next to us. Kids screaming early in the morning, having lots of noisy and splashing fun in the pool. As they have family style rooms, I think this is a good place for famillies, but not so much for couples looking for a peaceful stay.
