Positive:
- The warm korean-international breakfast was very tasty.
- Wonderful korean sauna (men and women separated and naked!). As a hotelguest you can go throughout your whole stay many times free.
- Check out is at 12 o'clock, which left me enough time to have breakfast, enjoy the sauna and buckle up / or you can still go and do someting and there is luagge storage without any cost.
- The room was neat, comfortable and clean.
- The staff was very kind, the warmest from all 5 places I stayed in South Korea and definitely one of the nicest considering how "people of the street sometimes treat you there".
- The metro station "Cultural Center" is at the corner.
Negative:
- The Hotel itself nothing. Everything and every staff was great!
- The hotelguests... Loud, inconsidarate, can't read there own language... (one of the few places where also in english and I think chinese everything was explained) - like don't take your phone inside the sauna... or bring your dirty utensils after finished breakfast to the staff... well...

Lovely clean very spacious room. Perfect for an overnight stay before our flights home. Our kids loved the provided pyjamas.

The staff was very helpful, and kind. The breakfast was good, one day, but it didn't have much variety, after 3 days, I didn't wanted to have breakfast there anymore.
There is no room cleanness, I stayed for a long period, 2 weeks almost, and I had to ask to the hotel to clean the room, it seems as it's not included. I am used to have the room clean periodically in hotels.
