Huge outdoor space with a sea view. Easy walking distance from the port, but far enough away to be peaceful (and with a Conad market on the way). The property was clean, well decorated and coordinated, and welcoming.
The internet wasn't reliable. We had a WIFI signal without internet connectivity for most of our 5-day stay (minor issue, however, as the 5G signal was very strong). The bathroom was quite small ... to the point I had trouble turning around in the shower without bumping my shoulders on the shower faucet or soap caddy (I'm 185 cm/6'1" ... it wasn't a problem for my wife).

location was fantastic! Awesome views of the bay and beyond. Sitting out on the patio with the lounges and having dinner on the patio was awesome! Loredana was a great host!
The bathroom was tiny but that didn't take away from the experience. I would say the only logistics downside is getting to Portovenere you can only get there by bus or ferry from La Spezia OR if you have your own car or take a taxi. There is no train station. If you take the bus or ferry both pick up points are at least a 25-30 minute walk from the train station so be prepared if you're schlepping your luggage.
