Realising that the next three days were going to be very good weather in Norfolk, I made a very late booking for this accommodation. It was excellent. Primarily set up for a small family, the accommodation was clean, well equipped and spacious, and in an ideal position for the beach and Hunstanton in general.
However, we were there to bird watch for three days and again what a perfect location. Snettisham, Holme, Thornham Harbour and Titchwell Marsh just minutes away. Salthouse and Cley Marshes in an hour. Perfect, with the added bonus of a parking spot in front of the ground floor shop. Thank you.

No complaints. Good communication
Nothing really. Bathroom could do with a refurb but ok.

The location was great and perfect as we were only staying over night. The apartment was quiet and clean and just what we needed so that we could enjoy two days instead of one at the seaside.
The parking was difficult and took a while to get in the space in front of the premises.

Great location, spacious property, clean bedding
Tired in places, could do with a deep clean. Couldn’t adjust the height of the shower. Stains on towels. Fridge and dishwasher needs cleaning.
