Loved the staff. They are very kind & helpful, if you need anything just ask them they will go above and beyond to fulfill ur requests.
The room is budget friendly i just wish there were charging sockets near the bed and better pillows. The AC was making some sound. Other than that it was okay

Okay location. Approx. 25 minute taxi to Mactan Airport. Also, lots of food, coffee shops and the mall nearby.
Staff were fine.
The tiles, shower unit and walls once were white about ten years ago. They now have a similar colour to Bart Simpson. Could do with an upgrade in the facilities.
The shower has less pressure than a sprinkler in a local nature park.
The bed is a thin and small mattress placed on a bedframe made out of what felt like stainless steel. Very uncomfortable.
