We like this apartment; we stayed there for a second time. It very conveniently located to everything you need: beaches, supermarkets, main street, restaurants, buses, trams, etc.
We had small problem with refrigerator; maintenance lady came exactly on time and fixed it. She was extremely supportive.
Unfortunately, we forgot to ask her name, but we are really thankful.

The tv is very boring.they should add netflux or cable to meet all kind of interests of their international guests

Excellent location, size of the apartment, balcony
Apartment wasn't dirty, but it hasn't been cleaned well. 2 cleaning ladies came at 2 PM. When we came back at 2:45 PM they already left. How can you clean big apartment in less than 45 minutes. Kitchen definitely needed better care especially counter tops and dishes, etc, etc.. These are all small things, but..

The location is perfect
The bathroom needs renovation the whole apartment is renovated except the bathroom is old and no curtains
The check in was not easy, there was supposed to be a video sent to explain the check in procedure, however it was not sent, we stayed for a while on the stairs till someone came and helped us check in
