The room was meticulously organized and very clean, safe yard too.

It was immaculate. A beautifully put together space allowing one to rest and reset. Very peaceful, and located in a very quiet area. Kind and helpful staff

It was clean
The location provided online is incorrect, it took us to some train station informal settlement. The physical address provided is also missing a street name. We tried calling the numbers provided online and no answer. We went around in circles for about an hour, called Booking.Com Customer Services, then only did they send us the location via WhatsApp and numbers to call way past check in time. IT'S WINTER AND THERE WERE NO BLANKETS!! There's an Aircon in the room but no remote. No hangers. Had to ask for hangers and an iron. Dripping water outside. Not enough parking, cars block each other. I was woken up to move my car so other guests could drive out.
