Everything was easy with the team at Sky Lodge. From pick up at wharf, payment after we settled into our rooms, to clean and spacious room, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and fly/mosquito screens on the doors and windows made it easy to sleep at night. It was close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. Much preferred this place then Emerald. Would definitely book here again and have my whole family stay here.

The unit was spacious and clean which was pleasant. Two of the hosts/cleaners were very polite, helpful and friendly
The location was next to a very busy and noisy road and the curtains were very light so it was difficult to sleep until the traffic quietened down late at night. One night 5 trucks went by between 0100-0300 in the morning. We woke up early each morning due to the light curtains

This was some of the worst service I've experienced in many years of traveling. There were absolutely no check-in instructions. My calls and messages went unanswered. I was lucky that I have friends in the city, and they agreed to come to the apartment to find out if my reservation was confirmed, what my room number was, and how to get the keys. The woman responsible for check-in speaks poor English, but she was very kind, but unfortunately, my messages and calls were not answered. During my nine-day stay, there was no cleaning service, and the towels were changed only once. I was charged about 90 euros more than they should have been, and I had to go to the office in the city myself to pay for my stay. The room on the second floor is significantly better than the one on the ground floor, but watch the bed linen, it can be terribly dirty. I don't understand how they can charge such a huge amount for this level of service; for that kind of money, you could rent a room in a brand new hotel nearby!!!
