Location was great.
Close to ferry terminal, two very reasonably priced restaurants with good Italian food nearby. Also a lovely patisserie that sold great cakes and made very nice iced lattes at very reasonable prices, was 5 minutes walk away.
No air conditioning. I knew this when booking but if you are going in high temperatures (it was 37C when we were there), the fans do not help. It was very hot in the apartment.

Es war sehr sauber, die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist genial, tolle Restaurants in direkter Umgebung, der See ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, sehr nette Vermieterin

Schlechte Parkplatz-Situation wurde im Angebot verschwiegen !
Parkplätze sind nur auf 90 Minuten beschränkt!
Der angebliche Balkon war nicht privat ,sondern war ein Durchgang für mehrere Mitbewohner-die auch über den Innenhof an der von mir
gemieteten Ferienwohnung vorbeigehen mussten.
Der Innenhof ist in äuserst schlechten Zustand,PUTZ fällt von Wänden. Vollkommen verwahrlost.!Vogelcot an allen Wänden im INNENHOF ! Die Wohnung selbst kann nicht durchgelüftet werden,weil alle Fenster u.Türen in Richtung Innenhof enden. Keine Privatsphäre weil ständig andere Mitbewohner vor der Wohnung vorbei gingen. Die große Ausentüre vom Innenhof ist baufällig und das elektr.Schloss klemmt.Wir sind viele Male vor dem nicht funktionieren den Tor gestanden.
Schimmel in den Fugen der Dusche! Kühlgerät( billiger Luftkühler) war zu schwach um die Wohnung herunter zu kühlen!
Wir kommen nicht wieder. Diese Wohnung passt nicht zu Bocking.com und stellt eine äußerst schlechte Preis-Leistung dar.
