Location was excellent, staff and management was courteous and helpful. We travelled with senior citizens who needed extra attention and our request to accommodate finer things were always taken onboard and delivered. Great hospitality and services provided.
Nothing much to be mentioned in this space except for 1 minor point. The gas water heater didn't work when we arrived hence the water was cold. Hot water was provided in buckets which defeats the purpose. That must be fixed as the location get cold during rainy and winter season. This issue was sorted out on final day. Request an electric water heater to replace the current gas water heater.

The first thing that struck us was the impeccable cleanliness of the cottage. It was evident that the staff took great care in maintaining a spotless environment for the guests. The cottage itself was well-designed, with cozy and spacious rooms that accommodated our family comfortably. The beds were soft and inviting, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring Vagamon's beauty.
One of the standout aspects of our stay was the excellent staff. The team at Udaya Hills Cottage was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured that our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Their polite and warm interactions made us feel right at home.
Privacy at Udaya Hills Cottage was truly at its peak. Surrounded by nature, we enjoyed a serene and secluded environment that allowed us to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The mornings greeted us with a mystical fog that blanketed the hills, creating a magical ambiance. It was a delight to wake up to such picturesque views and breathe in the fresh mountain air.
Udaya Hills Cottage offered a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and natural beauty. It provided an ideal setting for a memorable family trip to Vagamon. We left with cherished memories and a desire to return to this charming getaway in the future. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat amidst nature with excellent service and a comfortable stay, Udaya Hills Cottage is the place to be.
The short menu options for dinner and breakfast were limited but satisfying, and the welcome drink was absolutely excellent.
