Very close to Malls and business areas.
Pay for onsite parking. Only other choice is get lucky with street parking in an extremely busy area.
Shower hose leaks more water than what came out of shower head. Needs replacing (maybe use parking fee to upgrade)
Apartment on 5th floor, there are 26 floors and the elevators are very slow. Most of the time both elevators were above 20th floor.
Be patient.

Great location and easy to find. Close to malls and other services.
Room is on 20th floor with great views of mountains and bay from balcony.
Bed was comfortable. The small cooking area was perfect for cooking breakfast. Supermarket is just across the road.
Very pleasant stay. It felt like home and not a motel.
Had to pay an extra php350 per night for onsite parking. Onsite Free parking is part of the booking description but we still had to pay.
There is street parking in the area, but good luck getting one.

Loop tower is close to malls and sit in a perfect location. View is good. And the room is very cozy and clean, no cockroaches. Owner is nice.
Might have to contact or remind the owner on the room number before you arrived, or you would be hold by the guard.

The room is on the 5th floor, not on the top floor as advertised. Street noise was very disturbing, WiFi was not working, and there were no streaming services available.
