Brilliant staff - couldn't do enough to help us. Customer service is on point. My parents left a few bits after check out, and they kindly kept them aside for collection. It's these great touches that make such a difference.
Totally out of their control but there were issues with the lift during our stay. And also there was a bad smell in the apartment we stayed in (due to something being stuck in the AC). Raised both of these and options were provided - different apartment, complimentary apartment clean, etc. But as we were only there for a few days, had unpacked and hardly in the apartment, we stayed there. Really appreciate you wanting us to have a great experience though, and would stay again in the future for sure!

Excellent facilities. Location was great, just a short drive to the main city. Marjane Market (Grocery store) was just on the opposite side of the street, and a nice cafe was also there if you fancy some good coffee and cakes (or even breakfast)

There’s a chance you might get one of the decent apartments, but it’s slim.
This is our second time staying at these apartments. During our first visit, we felt the accommodation met our expectations. Unfortunately, this time the experience was terrible.
The first apartment was dirty, with a door frame coming loose, mould in the bathroom, worn-out furniture, cigarette-smelling sofas on the balcony, and everything generally looking very old, poorly maintained and broken.
We asked to be moved to another apartment. Our request was accepted, but unfortunately, the second apartment was no better.
There was only one duvet for two people, even though we needed separate sleeping arrangements. When we asked for another one, we were given a dirty throw blanket without a duvet cover. We had to spend quite some time explaining why we needed a proper duvet cover. Eventually, they brought us three fitted sheets, which were not particularly clean either.
The whole experience was unpleasant and disappointing. It is a real shame, but we will not be considering this accommodation again.
