Location was excellent. Close to best beaches and to Chora as well.
20 meters of the road were very badly maintained and damaging the car. Wifi signal was rather poor, especially in floor -1

The general location is very good. There is a beach within walking distance which is child friendly, and there are so many beaches, restaurants and bars within easy reach by car. Also, the town and airport are only 10-15 mins away. The house is minimalistic and has a certain charm and also provides some good views of the surrounding area. The beds were also very comfortable and there is A/C in all the rooms
We had a few issues with the host. Some were resolved but on a couple of occasions we were told we were the problem, even though these issues were mentioned in past reviews by others as well, or by neighbours we met during our stay.
I think the biggest issue we had was with the incorrect location pin on all the available maps, including the booking app. Navigation takes you to another house on another street, but despite being shown ironclad proof of the issue, they refused to acknowledge it and we ended up having a hard time finding the house. Later on, even a delivery guy who has been working on the island for years, ended up at the wrong house, but the host had insisted that we were the only people that ever had a hard time finding the house.
We also had issues with our car and had to park off-site, which granted it’s not really designed for off roading, it kept bottoming out because the house sits on a steep patchy gravel road. We were able to park off-site.
The house also had several minor defects that we would have simply ignored, if our experience with the host hadn’t been so poor.
