Superberb location (5 minute drive to shops, within an hour drive to a nice beach or a walk in the mountains) spectacular scenery, lovely pool, BBQ and outdoor seating. Table tennis & a big TV inside if the weather is bad.
Host & owners very friendly and welcoming.

L'accueil par Jade qui nous a remis les clés, sa disponibilité ainsi que celle de son frère. L'espace des pièces de la villa et son équipement. La piscine, très utile pendant cette canicule. Il y a eu un mistral "terrible" qui a emporté chaises et parasol et les aiguilles des pins ont rendu la piscine inexploitable. Jade et son frère on passé des heures à la nettoyer pour nous satisfaire. Merci à eux.
L'accès à la villa est communautaire avec d'autres villas et il est en très mauvais état. Les propriétaires devraient se concerter pour sa remise en état. Le propriétaire a installé une nouvelle TV grand écran qui est magnifique. Par contre, son utilisation est très complexe et le frère de Jade a dû venir à plusieurs reprises pour nous dépanner. Le propriétaire devrait établir un mode d'emploi écrit. J'étais avec ma soeur qui a du mal à marcher. Pour accéder à la villa, il y a environ une vingtaine de marches. Cette villa ne correspond pas pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. A part une épicerie proche ainsi qu'une bonne boulangerie, il faut faire bien 20 minutes de voiture pour aller au super marché Auchan. De plus, la villa mériterait une rénovation (fenêtres, volets, etc...)

La villa è molto grande e ospita comodamente 7/8 persone, gli spazi comuni sono ampi e spaziosi. I bagni (2) hanno il wc posizionato, come spesso in Francia, in una stanzetta separata. L'host è stato veramente molto disponibile e accogliente. La cucina è ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici nuovi: frigo maxi, forno, friggitrice ad aria, piano cottura, lavastoviglie. A piano terra è presente anche una lavatrice.
La struttura necessiterebbe di un po' di manutenzione, in particolare all'esterno dove vi sono, anche attorno all'area della piscina, mattoni, pietre e elementi da costruzione. La pulizia all'interno della casa era sufficiente, forse un po' migliorabile. Il suggerimento è di porre un po' più di cura.
