I loked the warm reception by the hotel staff Uthmane and Youssef went the extra mile to ensure our stay was most comfortable. They assisted in arranging other logistics for us during our stay, will give them a 10/10.

The staff were very pleasant and went the extra to make us feel comfortable. They were very attentive to our needs especially because I had kids, very jovial especially Yousf and the reception staffs.
There were no fridges in the room would have been nice to have one.

The location is great, but for this price we expected a lot more, the riad is simple, the room is average.
The staff is ok, the breakfast was good. Don't expect much out of it, definitely not 9.5 rating more like 7.
The pillows were terrible, impossible to sleep on. The staff was very transactional, not trying to help out or go out of their way. The interior is looking much better on the pictures. This is an ok place to stay.
