Lage gut. Wohnung gut. Küche gut. Bad gut, gute Dusche.
Leider überhaupt kein Wifi, auch kein allgemeiner Internet Empfang. Zum surfen mußte man ins Caffee gehen.
Im Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß war leider die Zusatzdecke zu den Laken viel zu dick, eine reine Winterdecke.
Das "Fenster" in diesem Raum öffnet sich zu einem Schacht hin, nach oben offen. Ein gewisser modriger Geruch
kann je nach Wetterlage im Zimmer entstehen. Das Fenster als Lüftung entfaltet erst seine Wrkung wenn man zusätzlich die Zimmertür öffnet. Dann entsteht durch den Kamineffekt eine regelrechte starke Zugwirkung vom Fenster durch den
Raum in den Flur. Das Trennsystem des Mülls ist so aufwendig, das selbst offenbar das Vermietungsbüro nicht durchblickt
und auf ein nicht durchschaubares Prospekt des vorletzten Jahres verweist. Leider wird ein online vorab check in gefordert
mit den üblichen Daten, Foto PA und ein Selfie zusätzlich. Wofür dieses Selfie noch zusätzlich weiß kein Mensch. Man stelle sich vor in jedem Hotel wird neben dem Ausweis auch noch die Kamera auf einen gehalten.

The apartment is very clean, spacious and in an excellent central location in Sirolo. It is a lovely place in terms of space and location, with easy access to the town centre.
Unfortunately, the apartment is very poorly equipped, especially considering the price. The hairdryer did not work, there was no kitchen towel or proper place to dry wet dishes, no kettle to boil water, and surprisingly not even a wine opener.
The waste separation system was also unnecessarily confusing — there are around seven different bins, but it is not very clear what should go where. The rubbish bags provided are extremely small (around 5 litres), while the bins themselves are much larger, which makes them impractical to use.
Another significant issue is the downstairs bedroom. There is very little ventilation or airflow, and during warm nights it becomes extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep there.
Parking is also a major downside. Free parking nearby is impossible to find, while paid parking costs around €1.20–€2 per hour, which can add up to a considerable amount per day. This is something guests arriving by car should definitely be aware of.
Overall, the apartment has a lot of potential because it is spacious, clean and very well located, but the basic equipment and practical comfort could be improved considerably.
