Wow amazing place. Infinity pool, ocean cove 3 min walk from lobby, sauna, fitness center with ocean view. Room was comfortable and featured 2 king beds and 1.5 baths. Spotless. Staff were amazing. Breakfast and parking included. Dinner onsite was great with 35euro buffet and full menu. Several good restaurants nearby.
Nothing except having to leave.

Beautiful property, great location, plenty of (free) parking spaces
The hotel rents out privately owned apartments, which do come with some peculiarities- for example, our room didn’t have a light switch next to the bed, nor electric outlets on both sides of the bed or reading lamps. Also the mattress was too soft for my taste.
Everything was new and clean, beautiful resort all in all. The service personell was very friendly but overwhelmed during rush hours at the breakfast buffet.

Amazing hotel! Clean, modern, and surrounded by beautiful nature. The pools, saunas, and nearby beach with sunbeds were all fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful, always making sure guests could truly relax. The restaurant offered breathtaking views, and the food was outstanding, honestly the best buffet-quality meals I've ever had. Highly recommended!
I would recommend that the hotel offer beach shoes for purchase, as they would make it much easier and more comfortable for guests to enter the water.

Better communication between reception and /or special intervention crew/ because that crew wants to pull me out
although I prolonged my stay, because Nobaduy speaks nider listen to nobady.
It was very hard for me, and I had to spend two days with the ants in the room because nobody listened to my complaint at the reception, except one young gay man, but the staff did not listen to him.I came for three years in Petram, and I was very sad because of all that, especially about /Intervention crew/I am old enough to recognize the intention, but I will go to Petram again, and they will become better, I hope.
