Gorgeous apartment, fantastic location - about 30seconds away from lovely bars and coffee shops. Amazing night's sleep in the brand new bed/mattress. Netflix, Prime etc on the TV. Fully equipped kitchen Welcome chocs/card on arrival. Sat out in the garden with a cuppa, wrapped in a blanket in the morning. Walked to Redcar and caught the train back, 12mins. Highly recommend this apartment. We will be back. Thank you Sara and Nasar

It was everything what we need for a weekend. It’s second time we use this place to stay and will use again. Near by are cafes for breakfast but also places to have a drink and have dinner.

Great facilities and amazing location for Saltburn, we got a bonus sea view! The rooms were clean and well presented and great value for money

The apartment was really clean and very cosy. Everything what you needed was at hand. The bed was really nice to sleep in and the shower was lovely too! It was in a lovely little spot right near the beach. There is also shops, cafes and pubs on the doorstep so not that far to walk to go anywhere. The garden is lovely and done out cute with nice furniture. I would like to stay again in the summer so I get a chance to chill on the garden furniture even though it was a bit cold I still sat out in the yard on a morning to drink a coffee and it was very peaceful and relaxing. I stayed there with my dog and she absolutely loved the place. There is plenty of places to go on dog walks and most of the places around are dog friendly so we were both happy with our choice of stay. Sara the owner is really nice and was always there at hand if needed. We enjoyed our stay that much that we decided to stay another night.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated property with all amenities. Highly recommended!

Can’t think of anything

I stayed in the Shipwreck Cove apartment on the ground floor. This was one of the nicest places I've stayed in! The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Lots of nice touches here and there and clearly attention had been given to the way the apartment is kitted out. All my interactions with staff were friendly and they were quick to respond. Unfortunately (for me) I was staying there for a work visit so wasn't able to make the most of the location (which is very good). I'd be more than happy to stay again for a leisure visit and would happily recommend Black Pearl. Thanks!

Excellent location, a minute’s walk from the seafront and close to all the shops. The apartment was very modern and very clean. Sara, the host, was lovely and went out of her way to come and meet us and say hello. The Welcome gift of a box of chocolates in the apartment was very much appreciated.

More comfortable seating in the lounge area would make this apartment even more perfect.

Dog friendly, close to the sea and town centre. Good facilities like fridge, cooking setup, WiFi. Pet friendly.

Great location, perfect for an evening stroll down to the pier, lovely restaurants nearby. The kitchen is well equipped, perfect stay.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location in the centre of town. The apartment was very well laid out and had everything we needed, including four place settings of crockery/cutlery and the right amount of duvets/pillows/towels (so many 'sleeps 4' properties are geared to couples only!). The sofa bed was easy to operate and the shower worked well. Sara was an excellent host and responded to all my texts promptly. Saltburn itself has glorious scenery - we enjoyed walks along the headland and strolling along the promenade in the evenings. Sainsbury's and the train station are both within a few minutes walk.

We would have found a second set of keys useful, as we were in and out at different times. A larger frying pan would come in handy when cooking for 3 or 4. Also, we would have liked an oven manual, as it took us a long time to work out what all the strange symbols meant!

Key access box was a little difficult, a problem shared by another apartment occupant. We were disturbed early morning and late evening by the upstairs occupants due to very creaking floorboards. We appreciate not much can be probably be done about this.

All the furnishings where so well thought of and it made the apartment relaxing and cosy it’s right in the centre of town lots of cafes and bars nearby

The only problem we had was the bedroom had hardly any space to get in and out of bed no problem if your slim and nibble but being picky I had to sleep in the other side but it was only two nights so happy to do that and enjoy saltburn we hope to go back soon many thanks to the team who look after the apartments they even left us some milk and a couple of danish pastries which gorgeous

Easy to get the key and gain entrance. Lovely touches on arrival like the pastries for us all. Lots of nice little touches. Apartment was very clean.

The only one thing, when we usually stay in Saltburn we spend all day out with the dogs then home shower back out to a local restaurant with out the dogs but they can’t be left unattended in the apartment. Which I appreciate some dogs might not be house trained but ours would just sleep. Maybe take a damage deposit so they can stay in.

Great location. Welcome cinnamon buns a nice touch. Great to have a bath as well as a shower.

Lock box is little tricky but just stick with it.

Location was perfect, accommodation was beautiful…clean, everything you could need was provided and very stylish!

We were on the second floor…husband had had a new knee a few weeks ago…my fault really should have requested a lower floor when booking.

Great location lovely modern apartment main bedroom was stunning with bath. Very clean and well presented. Welcome gift a nice touch. Beds were comfortable we had a great time in Saltburn.

Didn’t really work for us as a family really missed a sink upstairs to wash face brush teeth etc the one above the toilet was too small bit weird with so much space upstairs made it more difficult than it needed to be. Kids would have enjoyed twin single beds as an option. Stairs were a mission didn’t make connection with amount of stairs and penthouse my bad.

Clean and tidy.

No AC. Could be a problem as it backs onto residential properties.
