The location was fantastic! The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The private beach/swimming was a highlight, especially as the nearby ones in Rio Caldo we're very busy while we were there. Quite a few cafés, restaurants and bars within walking distance.
I would recommend bringing a torch with you if you go out at night, as it was quite dark going up and down the steps to the apartment.
There were a few items that needed fixing (the cord was broken on one of the blinds, the light in the bathroom was missing the cover, one of the balcony glass panels was cracked). We had to pay a security deposit via an outside link to their website, but it was returned to us within 4 days.
