Located in a central area with loads of restaurants and bars. Easy access to bus routes both to the airport and tour busses for the island. Good size comfortable and execellent views of the sea and town. Very clean and well supplied.
Lift is very slow. But is signed. Little mights appeared every time food was left sitting for even a short period. Maybe this is a local thing? We just kept everything in the fridge.

Beautiful apartment which had everything we needed. Clean, well located, lovely sea view. I will definitely return here if returning to Madeira

An excellent week's stay. Our studio apartment was exactly as advertised, and felt more spacious than in the photographs. Comfortable bed/pillows and quiet at night, which ensured a good sleep. We enjoyed the balcony, with a nice sea view, & the roof terrace which we used late afternoon - perfect after long days walking. (We didn't see any other guests there all week, so it was very peaceful). The apartment was well equipped with hand soap, shower gel, spare towels (including terrace towels) and ample toilet tissue. The welcome bottle of wine and water was a really nice touch, and much appreciated. The host was very welcoming, friendly and responsive via whatsapp, although we only needed to make contact for reserving a table in their excellent family restaurant downstairs. (Also highly recommended! You do need to reserve - we saw many disappointed couples turned away). Would definitely return and highly recommend. A small detail, but we found the digital entry was really convenient!

Really good location and flat itself was nice.
Can be very noisy most nights due to noise from connecting apartments and nearby restaurants/bars (from extractor fans and music). Could be noise proofed more to improve.
