This place was great! It was welcoming and clean, and the hosts were great with communication! We had all the resources to cook and do some washing. We also liked the distance it was to the city centre.
Parking was free, however not always easy to find.

Warm, tidy, whole apartment to ourself, good amenities, great showers, modern.
Beds and couch were uncomfortable/hard, parking on street was difficult.

Great little crash pad for a couple of nights in Christchurch. A 12 minute walk to the CBD - I was hoping for slightly closer
Beds were awful! The 2nd floor bed was more like a double camper bed. Squeaky springs. Waterproof sheet on it - mum said it’s like sleeping in a hospital bed
Top floor was HOT so beware before booking in summer. I’m not sure how people live or sleep up there normally! We had both windows open plus a fan all night - still overheated. Didn’t really sleep for 2 days cos of it. It’s October so not even hot days yet. Will need air con installing for summer I think :-)
