This house is in a great location. Very quiet yet within about 1 mile from Rock and within reach of some great beaches both for children and those wanting to surf. There was also excellent walking with a well used system of footpaths and of course the SW coast path all easily accessable.
The house was comfortable and generally well equiped with kitchen eqipment and the beds were comfortable.
The main picture on the website is a misrepresentation of the garden. Having two young children in our party, the apparantly large garden was an important reason we chose the house. On arrival it appeared that half the garden had been sold and another house built on the land, the fence in some of the pictures is now the limit of the garden.
The cupboard that housed the kitchen equipment in the kitchen (pots and pans) was very dusty as were the pots and pans and had to be cleaned before use! Some of the kitchen tools (tongs, forks, spatula etc.) fell apart when used and the bar-b- que had to be cleared of overhanging vegetation before use as we were concerned that the already obviously scorched branches would catch fire from the heat.
There was no visitors book in the property, these are often a source of information as to good places to visit, reviews on eateries etc.
